GUIDE / SG-24 / ORDER STATUS
What Sugargoo order statuses mean
Read a Sugargoo status as the current workflow stage, then open the order for its exact message and available action. Interface labels can change, so this guide does not invent a fixed status dictionary.
Direct answer
What is known: Orders move through payment, purchasing, seller shipment, warehouse, QC or storage, parcel submission, international shipping and after-sales stages.
What must be re-checked: The exact live label, timing, seller response, warning and account action.
What to do next: Open the specific order, identify the controlling stage and follow the action offered there.
Payment
Confirm whether payment is unpaid, pending or completed in the current transaction and order record. Use the payment guide before another attempt.
Purchasing
The purchasing stage means Sugargoo is handling the source order or awaiting an outcome. Read the order-specific message rather than assuming seller acceptance.
Seller shipment
Seller shipment is the domestic movement toward the warehouse. It is not the international parcel shipment.
Warehouse arrival
Match the warehouse record to the exact order and variant. Wait for the current evidence and actions connected to that item.
QC and storage
Review your own QC photos and any current storage or after-sales information. Visible evidence still has limits.
Parcel submission
Use the shipping guide to rebuild the decision from measured parcel inputs and eligible routes.
International shipping
Use the parcel record and tracking guide. Do not interpret an absence of scans as a guaranteed outcome.
After-sales
Available actions depend on the stage and current policy. See refunds and returns for a stage-based checklist.
Frequently asked questions
Are Sugargoo status labels permanent?
No. Interface wording can change; use the specific order message and current action.
Is seller shipment the same as international shipping?
No. Seller shipment normally concerns movement to the warehouse; the international parcel is a later stage.
