FIELD NOTE / SG-22 / OPTION IDENTITY

Keep the exact variant attached to the Sugargoo order

Write the option exactly as the live seller page shows it, then compare that text with the imported Sugargoo order before payment and again with visible warehouse evidence.

Why variant drift happens

A product record can summarize a listing that contains many sizes, colors, bundles or models. The displayed thumbnail and lowest visible price may belong to different options. Translation can also change labels between the source marketplace and Sugargoo. A correct product family with the wrong option is still the wrong order.

Build a handoff note from current fields

Record the source URL, seller or shop, product title, option label, quantity and any instruction that changes fulfillment. For clothing and shoes, include both the seller’s size label and the measurement you used to choose it. Do not convert between regional sizes from memory; seller charts and insole or garment measurements can differ.

Use screenshots only as supporting context. The editable text note should contain the exact option, because images can be cropped and a warehouse worker or support agent may need a clear instruction.

Check the order before payment

  1. Compare the imported product link with the final source destination.
  2. Match size, color, model and quantity character by character.
  3. Check whether the option changed the price or availability.
  4. Read current warnings and service lines inside Sugargoo.
  5. Keep personal or payment credentials out of the note.

Use warehouse evidence as a second identity check

When QC images arrive, look for the ordered color, visible size tag, model shape, pair count, accessories and any measurement you requested. A visible label can support an option match, but it does not prove the material, internal specification or authenticity of the item.

If the photos do not show the decision-critical attribute, mark it unknown. Request a useful view where available instead of inferring it from seller images. Continue to the QC evidence boundary before accepting the item for parcel submission.

Handle translated labels carefully

Keep the original option text next to any English interpretation. Similar translated labels can hide different colors, dimensions or bundles. If the mapping is unclear, ask through the official order or support channel before payment. Do not let an automatic translation become the only record of what you asked the seller to send.

Frequently asked questions

Should I use a universal size conversion for a Sugargoo order?

No. Use the current seller chart and item measurements because labels and fits can differ by listing.
