Read Sugargoo QC photos as visible evidence—not a guarantee

QC photos can help you compare the received item with the order for visible attributes. They cannot prove authenticity, material composition, durability, internal construction, electronics function or seller reliability.

Use the photos attached to your order

Spreadsheet thumbnails, seller images and community QC examples can help define what to look for, but they are not evidence of the exact unit stored for you. Open the warehouse images connected to your own order and confirm the item identifier before comparing details.

Start with an identity pass

Check product type, color, visible size or model label, quantity, pair consistency and included parts. Compare like-for-like views with the live order record. If the image does not show the tag, sole, interior, measurement or accessory that matters, record the point as unknown.

Then inspect visible condition

Look for obvious stains, tears, scratches, deformation, missing pieces, asymmetric construction or shipping damage visible in the supplied angles. Lighting, lens distortion, compression and folds can affect appearance, so avoid exact color or proportion conclusions from a single image.

Respect the published limits

Sugargoo’s own QC guide describes visible order checks and states that authenticity is not guaranteed and electronics functionality is not tested as part of standard visual QC. Sealed or factory-packed items may receive exterior-only inspection. These boundaries matter more than the number of photos.

Request only decision-changing evidence

A useful request names the item, angle, reference point and measurement. “More photos” is vague. “Photograph the size tag next to the order label” or “place a ruler across the insole from heel to toe” gives a clearer purpose. Paid or free service availability must be checked in the current account before requesting it.

After the QC decision, rebuild shipping from live parcel inputs with the parcel readiness check.

Compare the image with the correct reference

Place the order record and relevant seller view beside the warehouse photo. Compare the same side, orientation and option. A mismatch may come from perspective or packaging, so describe the visible difference before assigning a cause. The evidence note should remain useful even if a later reviewer disagrees with your conclusion.
